Remarks:   My experience as  a Master  is 22 years and  I have worked world wide on different types of vessels and carried such chemical cargoes as: Methanol; Di-Ethylene Glycol; Mono Ethylene Glycol; MTBE; Poly Styrene; Hexane; Toluene;  Phosphoric & Sulfuric acids /oil products  & heavy fuel  with gasoil for bunker operation  STS at  high sea. Recently, all the mooring operations in the ports I have carried out without the help of tugs.  I have undergone  “SAILING in ICE” training program by GL and  practiced the obtained skills and knowledge during cargo operations on board of  a reefer ship in the Arctic waters.  During my marine experience, I have passed the following vetting inspections: CDI, BP, SHELL, STATOIL, etc. and  also passed Wall-Wash Test.        My experience in multinational crews is about 10 years (mainly with the Philippine nationality).  Therefore, the language of communication  was English.
